Katie Srednicki is instrumental in managing  the company's extensive development pipeline. Prior to her role as Manager, Srednicki has had multiple responsibilities with the production company including office manager, researcher, and coordinator of development.  She joined A. Smith & Co. in 2007 as executive and development assistant and has worked on a number of the company's successful series including Unsung or TVOne , UFC Countdown for Spike , Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura and Full Throttle Saloon for Tru TV , America's Worst Driver for Travel Channel and American Gangster for BET .

Srednicki graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and minor in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College in 2006, where she won the Capstone Award during her senior year for an independent film she produced titled "The Landowner's Perspective."
