As Senior Vice President of Development, Christmas Rini has been an integral part in the development of A. Smith & Co. Production’s current programming. Rini has played a critical role in the creation and development of several Network shows including Crash Course and I Survived a Japanese Game Show. which both aired on ABC. She has created and developed multiple Network concepts which are currently being considered by a number of Broadcast Networks. Rini has also been an invaluable contributor to the development of may of A. Smith & Co.'s cable series including two highly rated series for truTV, Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura and Full Throttle Saloon. Her most recent contribution includes Oxygen's The World According to Paris where she also holds the title of Co-Executive Producer.  

Rini previously held the title of Vice President of Development at A. Smith & Co. during which time she worked on Trading Spaces for TLC, Unsung for TV One, and Crime Scene University for Discovery ID.  Prior to her tenure at A. Smith, Rini was employed with Endemol, USA assisting Tom Forman with the development of projects including Extreme Makeover Home Edition.  Rini got her start in entertainment working at Siren Pictures where she developed both feature film and television scripted projects.

Rini attended Chapman University and obtained her BFA in Film and Television Production.  During her tenure at Chapman she was chosen as one of the top ten most promising filmmakers and won a very prestigious script competition through which she was granted a scholarship with Kodak Film. In her final year at Chapman she was also handpicked to work with Arthur Hiller for a mentorship program that provided her immeasurable insight into storytelling and directing.
